Creative Play Spaces:
Quote from Soil Conservation Service, Department of Primary Industries for the earthworks is $51,400. This will be paid for out of the School budget. It includes levelling the site with two levels and a step between the levels.
Soil Conservation Service will project manage the work however can’t commence until late December. Anticipate the earthworks works will now occur in January.
Play equipment ordered and quote has been accepted for the installation once earthworks completed. Installation expected to occur late January/February.
Tell Them For Me Parent Survey now completed and results provided for discussion. The survey was open to all parents/caregivers; 20 responses were received. Simon identified key findings to be discussed further with the Executive Leadership Team. The response was not an improvement on the previous parent’s surveys which were designed and managed in-house. Agreed that the survey should be run again in 2016 to see if there is an increase in the completion rate.
Updated Resource Allocation Model (RAM) which outlines funding for 2016 has been provided to the school. Increase in identified funding for specific programs including programs to support best practice for teachers and learning support for students. This year’s RAM is clearer and more transparent regarding targeted funds; more detailed information about what funds have been allocated for.
